Our interactive workshop, "Navigating Your First Professorship: Strategies for Success," is designed for young researchers who are in the process of establishing their own research group or about to take on their first professorship.

The workshop focuses on two key aspects: leading a research group effectively and developing innovative teaching strategies in physics. Participants will explore leadership, team management, and self-organization while also learning how to create engaging and impactful university courses. The workshop emphasizes hands-on learning through case studies, group work, and experience sharing.

The costs for accommodation and meals at the Physikzentrum Bad Honnef will be covered by the Deutsche Physikalische Gesellschaft e.V. (German Physical Society).
