The Experiment Award of the Working Group Undergraduate Physics Laboratory (AGPP) is awarded for the development and distribution of innovative physics experimental setups and educational concepts that outstandingly promote the practical physics education at universities . It intends to honor the technical and didactic development of experimental setups and concepts and to endorse their distribution.

Applications for the current year may be submitted until January 31 to the AGPP executive board. For a proposed setup or concept, up to three of the developers will be invited for a presentation at the DPG meeting. The award ceremony is held at the following Physics Lab Teaching Conference (PLT) in September.
